Terms and Conditions of Venio Immigration and Citizenship Consulting

Article 1 - Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the provision of Canadian immigration and citizenship consultations, products and services offered by Venio Immigration and Citizenship Consulting (hereinafter "The Firm").

Article 2 - Consultations and services

Initial consultations are mandatory for all clients. A consultation or service contract in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants must be signed prior to any consultation or service.

Article 3 - Booking and payment

Appointments are booked via the appointment page of our website, and fees are paid via the secure payment platforms Stripe, Paypal, Mobile Money, Interac, bank transfer or any other payment method that facilitates secure transactions with customers. Customers receive payment instructions by e-mail. All payments are made in advance and held in a client account in accordance with the Collège des Consultants en Immigration et en Citoyenneté (CCIC) Client Account Regulations until services are rendered. The amounts stipulated in the professional services contract must also be paid in stages and in advance. Products are sold via our boutique.

Article 4 - Refunds

There are no refunds for consultations already performed or services already rendered. Clients who have made an advance payment into the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant Client Account will be reimbursed for services not rendered and consultations not completed. Refunds are also made for products not delivered. Contingency fees are not charged, in accordance with the CCIC Code of Ethics.

Article 5 - Procedures and documentation

Prior to the consultation, the customer must complete an eligibility questionnaire, provide a CV and all relevant documents.

Article 6 - Confidentiality and Personal Data

The Cabinet reserves the right to collect nominative information and personal data for the management of orders/consultations/services and for the improvement of services. This information is treated with the strictest confidentiality.

Article 7 - Intellectual property

All elements of the website and documents provided by Le Cabinet are its exclusive intellectual property. No reproduction or use of these elements is authorized without the prior consent of Le Cabinet.

Article 8 - Liability

The firm cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure, disruptions or strikes affecting postal services, means of transport, communications, or any other circumstance beyond its control.

Article 9 - Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

Cabinet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect as soon as they are published on the Cabinet website.

Article 10 - Applicable law in the event of disputes

The language of this document is French. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the laws of the Province of Ontario. In the event of a dispute, the Canadian and Ontario courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
