Terms and Conditions of Venio Immigration and Citizenship Consulting

Article 1 - Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the provision of Canadian immigration and citizenship consultations, products and services offered by Venio Immigration and Citizenship Consulting (hereinafter "The Firm").

Article 2 - Consultations and services

Initial consultations are mandatory for all clients. A consultation or service contract that complies with the Code of Ethics of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants must be signed before any consultation or service is provided.

Article 3 - Booking and payment

Appointments and payment of initial consultation fees are made via our website store and the Stripe secure payment platform. All payments are made in advance and held in a client account in accordance with the Client Account Regulations of the Collège des Consultants en Immigration et Citoyenneté (CCIC). The amounts stipulated in the professional services contract must also be paid in advance. Products are also sold via our boutique.

Article 4 - Refunds

There is no refund for consultations already carried out or services already rendered. The customer will be reimbursed for services not rendered and products not delivered. Contingency fees are not charged, in accordance with the CCIC Code of Ethics.

Article 5 - Procedures and documentation

Prior to the consultation, the customer must complete an eligibility questionnaire, provide a CV and all relevant documents.

Article 6 - Confidentiality and Personal Data

The Firm reserves the right to collect nominative information and personal data in order to manage orders and improve services. This information is treated with the strictest confidentiality.

Article 7 - Intellectual property

All elements of the website and documents provided by Le Cabinet are its exclusive intellectual property. No reproduction or use of these elements is authorized without the prior consent of Le Cabinet.

Article 8 - Liability

The firm cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure, disruptions or strikes affecting postal services, means of transport, communications, or any other circumstance beyond its control.

Article 9 - Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

Cabinet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect as soon as they are published on the Cabinet website.

Article 10 - Applicable law in the event of disputes

The language of this document is French. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the laws of the Province of Ontario. In the event of a dispute, the Canadian and Ontario courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
