The Global Case Management System (GCMS) is Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada's (IRCC) centralized, integrated and globally deployed system for the internal processing of applications for immigration and citizenship services. GCMS enables IRCC to efficiently collect and manage client information and application files.

The Access to Information Request service is for people who request our services and want to start the Canadian immigration process with our firm, but who have already applied for immigration to Canada in the past, and no longer have all the proof of their exchanges with IRCC. In order to complete the evaluation of their eligibility and admissibility and to pursue their immigration process more serenely by providing accurate information in any future application, this service is indispensable.
