Express Entry #337: Large draw for French speakers with 6,500 invitations

The #337 Express Entry draw on February 19, 2025 marked a turning point as the first of the year to target French language skills. With a total of 6,500 invitations sent out, it represents the largest round of invitations so far this year. This initiative demonstrates the Canadian government's commitment to promoting French-speaking immigration, particularly outside Quebec.

Invitation criteria and minimum threshold

Candidates who received an invitation had a minimum score of 428 points in the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). The tie-breaking rule was applied to candidates with this score, based on the date and time of submission of their profile, i.e. February 10, 2025 at 16:41:38 UTC.
