The time and date of extraction were recorded at 14:42:17 UTC. In the event of a tie, the tie-breaking rule was applied to candidates who submitted their profile before July 23, 2024 at 17:41:11 UTC.

The PNP enables Canadian provinces and territories to select skilled workers who meet their economic and employment needs. A provincial nomination virtually guarantees an invitation to apply for permanent residency via Express Entry, as 600 points are added to the CRS.
