- Required classification 1,085 first-time applicants
- Tie-breaking rule Candidates scoring 727 points were selected according to the date and time of submission of their Express Entry profile, i.e. September 18, 2024 at 13:39:10 UTC.
This rule ensures fair selection when several candidates have the same minimum score in the Global Classification System (GCS).
What is the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)?
The PNP allows Canadian provinces and territories to nominate eligible candidates for permanent residence based on their economic needs and the local labor market. Provincial nominees receive an additional 600 points, significantly increasing their chances of receiving an invitation to apply for permanent residency.
